- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very rude and unprofessional. Wouldn't sell ones without an account. When given a name for an account, they told us it should be a "business account." Then they clearly found the account by name, but because they weren't intelligent enough to link the account number to the name, they wouldn't help. I can tell you, I was interested in opening a personal account with Chase, but they ruined any chance of that happening.By joseph bressel, February 03, 2017
